Refund policy
Return Policy:
You have a 30-day return policy, which means you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your items.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as received: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
Please provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

Returns do not need to be sent physically to any address.
Damages and Issues:
Please inspect your order upon receipt.
If an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately for evaluation and resolution.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period:
If your order is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. Items must be in the same condition you received them: unworn or unused, with tags, and in their original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.
Refunds:
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and inform you if the refund was approved. If approved, the refund will be issued automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.

Please note: refunds or returns will not be possible after a reshipment.
Customer Responsibility for Communication:
If we reach out regarding your order (e.g., address issues, delivery confirmation, or required action) and you do not respond—regardless of whether our message lands in your inbox, spam, or promotions folder—this may affect eligibility for a refund, reshipment, or chargeback.
Tracking:
We use third-party tracking systems to provide shipping updates. Tracking delays, inaccuracies, or technical issues are beyond our control.
It is your responsibility to monitor your tracking information and alert us promptly of any concerns or delays. Failure to do so may affect your eligibility for support, reshipment, or refunds.
