If we contact you regarding issues such as an invalid address, delivery confirmation, or any action required to complete your order, and you do not respond within a reasonable timeframe — including but not limited to cases where our message is filtered into your spam, junk, or promotions folder — you are not eligible for a refund, reshipment, or chargeback due to lack of response.
